thorough

At first I was a bit annoyed that the little birdie emptied out all the raisin boxes, but she was just so proud of her work. And when I thought about it for a minute, I too was proud. She opened up all the boxes, emptied them out into her little pan and (eventually) put the boxes in the recycling bin. At least she’s thorough! She might even have eaten a few along the way. A few.

How’s your week going, lovelies?

  1. Gawd ….. That little girl is so. very. funny. I’d give anything to know the calculations she was making as she unloaded those boxes. I’m sure her reasoning was absolutely sound. The piece d’resistance was putting the empties into recycling. Thanks for these wonderful vignettes from Wren’s life.

    • Me too, Sarah!

From the other room, I kept hearing, “stuuuuuck!” and then apparently she’d somehow get the sticky little guys out of the box with her little fingers and proceed with her work. I do admire her focus…
